Conveyor Scrapers

Another project partly complete. Remanufactured shipping container into a drag chain conveyor waste bin for a local Hops company.

Our conveyors are designed to be easy to service and to track the belt. Depending on the material being conveyed determines the conveyor design we would recommend. With the work we do fitting belts and accessories we like to make our conveyors so that you get the most out of your belting and make it easy for your staff to maintain.

We also manufacture Conveyor Belt Pullers - Light Weight. We have small pullers which are made of mild steel and painted to suit 25x3mm SHS. These pullers can do up to 8mm thick belting. They are designed to suit small chain blocks or ratchet strops.

We have Large puller clamps designed to take 50x50 SHS and can clamp up to 30mm thick belting.

Custom built machine for James at Garston Hops to get his garden on the map. 
We built the trailer and the machine to go on it so it could be towed home, allowing James to start processing his quality hops of the Garston Farm.

The Trucktor was first developed by our team and Sean Riley, who manages Freestyle Hops . Sean had the idea of a little truck with a conveyor on it. So, after purchasing a Daihatsu Hijet we chopped off the rear and extended the chassis and wheel base about 2m. Then we could fit the conveyor deck on the rear which is chain driven to prevent tracking issues. We then fitted an inhouse custom adapted 12V right angle drive gearbox that was timed to first gear idle. This was so the load of hops could be laid out the same way the topcutter loaded the hops on the Trucktor making it easier for the guys to hook up the vines to feed into the machine.
